Recovery Packages, Tailored to Your Needs.

Transitions provides a safe, supported and structured environment for people making the difficult transition away from drug, alcohol and process addictions. Drawing on decades of clinical and personal experience, they’ve created a structured sober living programme and nurturing community atmosphere, ideally suited for those in the early days of their recovery journey.

The programme uses a combination of evidence-based therapy, education and community resources to equip individuals and families with a blueprint for recovery. Following the detoxification and stabilisation carried out prior to joining Transitions, we will focus on a period of discovery which we believe is the first step on the road to recovery.

The fully structured treatment uses the Minnesota model. All clients will be equipped with coping strategies and relapse prevention plans.
