Relapse prevention is a crucial part of the recovery process. After you have completed your rehabilitation programme we will assist you in finding local community recovery counsellors and recovery groups to support you. A member of our team will check in with you personally after one, three, six and twelve months to see how you’re doing. These check-ins will continue until you and us both agree that you are safely supported and ready to continue your life free of addiction.
